Whenever a customer submits a request in your subscribed district, it will appear in your vendor dashboard/app. You can review the request and submit your quotation to the customer.

Customers receive multiple quotations from local vendors. After comparing price, services, and offers, the customer selects one vendor. The selected vendor receives a notification.

Once your quotation is selected, you will receive a notification with the customer’s contact details so you can directly coordinate the service or installation.

The subscription fee for service providers is:

This allows vendors to receive and respond to service requests within the selected district.

Currently, there is no limit on the number of service providers in a district. However, in the future, BookMySolar may limit it to a maximum of 10 vendors per district.

All payments are directly handled between the customer and the service provider. BookMySolar does not collect or process payments for services.

No. BookMySolar acts only as a platform to connect buyers and service providers. The platform is not responsible for payment defaults, service disputes, or service quality issues.

Yes. Service providers and wholesalers can create multiple business accounts on the BookMySolar platform if required for different businesses or services.
