• Solar equipment suppliers and wholesalers

The platform allows users to post solar requirements, receive quotations, compare providers, and book solar services.

BookMySolar acts only as an intermediary platform facilitating connections between customers and independent third-party service providers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform or Services.

3. Services Offered

BookMySolar provides a digital platform where users can:

• Request quotations for solar installation
• Book solar repair and maintenance services
• Find providers for solar panel cleaning
• Connect with suppliers for solar panels, inverters, batteries, and BOS materials
• Compare multiple solar service providers

The services performed by third-party providers are referred to as “Solar Services”.

BookMySolar does not directly provide solar installation, repair, or maintenance services.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, users may need to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately if unauthorized access occurs

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

BookMySolar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Solar installers, service professionals, and suppliers may register on the Platform as Service Providers or Vendors.

BookMySolar does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or performance of services provided by independent service providers.

6. Subscription Plans for Vendors

BookMySolar may offer subscription plans for businesses using the platform.

Current subscription plans include:

B2C Service Providers
Solar installers, repair professionals, and maintenance providers may subscribe for ₹499 per month to access customer leads and submit quotations.

B2B Suppliers / Wholesalers
Suppliers of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and BOS materials may subscribe for ₹999 per month to connect with installers and businesses.

Subscription fees may be updated or modified by BookMySolar from time to time.

7. Booking and Quotations

Customers can post their solar requirements on the Platform.

Service providers may respond with quotations based on:

• Scope of work
• System capacity
• Equipment brand
• Installation requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing quotations and selecting their preferred provider.

BookMySolar does not guarantee pricing, availability, or final service outcomes.

8. Payments

Payments for services are typically made directly between customers and service providers, unless otherwise specified.

BookMySolar may:

• Facilitate payments through third-party payment gateways
• Charge convenience or platform fees where applicable

All payments are subject to applicable taxes and payment processing terms.

9. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content on the Platform

Users must treat service providers and other users with respect and professionalism.

10. Reviews and User Content

Users may submit:

• Reviews
• Ratings
• Feedback
• Comments

By submitting content, you grant BookMySolar the right to use, display, and publish such content for platform improvement, marketing, and service quality purposes.

BookMySolar reserves the right to remove inappropriate or misleading content.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including:

• Logos
• Text
• Graphics
• Software
• Design elements

are the property of BookMySolar or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

12. Disclaimer

BookMySolar is only a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent solar service providers.

We do not guarantee:

• Service quality
• Pricing accuracy
• Installation performance
• Timelines or service completion

All agreements for services are directly between the customer and the service provider.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookMySolar shall not be liable for:

• Any damages caused by service providers
• Losses arising from service delays or failures
• Any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the Platform

Our total liability shall not exceed ₹10,000 or the platform fees paid, whichever is lower.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

BookMySolar may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Misuse the Platform

Users may also request account deletion by contacting our support team.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

BookMySolar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
